I have finished the PCB board that xtensive sent me (thanks) and used his parts list at digi key (thanks again).
I know I need a serial cable coming from the pcb to the laptop and a straight thru cat 5 cable with a rj45 connector at one end, but I need to know which wires to splice into in at the consult port on the car.I want to hardwire it into the car and have a plug in the glove box or somewhere that I can just plug it in then go at it.. any help will be appreciated, and yes I have searched and search answered most of my questions that I had, this is the last one that I have thanks
